The purpose of the company is to provide services in the real estate sector, including but not limited to services in the areas of asset management and property management, and in particular strategic management, administration, brokerage and development of real estate as well as consulting in the acquisition, sale, rental and valuation of real estate. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, buy and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, manage and hold them, and carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether through loans and/or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, whether against payment or not. The company may provide security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, including through pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind or through offset obligations, whether against payment or not, even if such financing, security or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved.
