The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, hold shares in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company, with the exception of all transactions subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. It may acquire, encumber, manage, administer, and sell real estate in Switzerland or abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises based and/or operating in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with applicable regulations.
