The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, sell, maintain, rent and manage real estate in Switzerland, to the extent that no permit is required under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG), and abroad, including the construction, renovation and renovation of buildings.
