Goodman Restaurants AG

The purpose of the company is to operate restaurants and introduce a franchise system for Goodman Restaurants, as well as trade in goods for the gastronomy industry. The company is a member of the Goodman Restaurants group. It may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, either for consideration or free of charge, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, either for consideration or free of charge, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
