The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: the operation of a café-restaurant specializing in Vietnamese cuisine and, incidentally, take-out meals, as well as all activities related to the food industry; the provision of all advice, services, and performances, as well as the exercise of all activities in the field of concierge services. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
