The activities permitted by law and professional regulations for the tax consulting company, in particular 1. advising, representing and assisting in tax matters as well as in the preparation of tax balance sheets and their tax law evaluation, 2. consulting, expert or fiduciary activities and 3. other freelance activities that involve the representation of foreign interests, including consulting, to the extent that this is professionally permitted. Activities that are incompatible with the profession of tax consultant under German or Swiss law are excluded.
