The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all health-related businesses, in particular the acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial, financial or real estate companies in Switzerland or abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account or on behalf of third parties for investment purposes or for any other reason, as well as the financing of affiliated companies, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose and suitable for its development. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant or guarantee loans or advances to its shareholders.
