The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies and third parties, including its shareholders (direct and indirect) and the group companies of the latter, in particular within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide securities of any kind for their commitments, including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of assets of the company or guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not.
