The company's purpose is to operate a gravel pit at the Gratteloup site, on the territory of the municipalities of Cossonay and Senarclens, and a landfill at the Le Grand Marais site, on the territory of the municipalities of Senarclens and Grancy. In this context, the company may register in its name and for its benefit in the land register all the easements necessary for the operation of the concerned plots; the company may carry out all the studies and administrative procedures necessary to obtain the authorizations to operate all or part of the plots on which the company has a right of operation; the ultimate goal being to obtain in the name of the company the adoption of a global extraction plan allowing the issuance of operating permits for a gravel pit and a landfill on these plots; the company also aims, as far as possible, to construct and operate an underground technical duct and an aerial conveyor belt for the transportation of materials to and from the Gratteloup (quarry) and Le Grand Marais (landfill) sites, respectively the recycling and treatment platform of H 2 M Exploitation SA in Vufflens-la-Ville; in this context, the company may also register in its name and for its benefit in the land register all the easements necessary for the construction and operation of this facility and take all useful and necessary steps to obtain the necessary public law authorizations (for complete purpose see articles of association).
