The services include, among others, activities in the areas of financial administration and human resources. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad. The company may acquire, manage, encumber, and dispose of investments both domestically and abroad. Furthermore, in compliance with applicable legal provisions (particularly the BewG), the company may acquire, manage, encumber, and dispose of real estate both domestically and abroad. The company may enter into transactions with or for the benefit of affiliated companies, particularly their direct or indirect shareholders and other group companies, whether for consideration or not. In particular, it may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies or provide security for their obligations, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements. The company may engage in any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
