The company's purpose is any activity in the field of construction, in particular all electrical and solar energy and renewable energy work, as well as the construction, purchase, transformation and renovation, sale and rental of any real estate, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
