Promotion and exchange between Morocco and other countries in the fields of culture, tourism and economy, establishment of cultural centers (within the limits of possibilities) and offering courses in languages, culture and civics, support especially for young people who want to study or further their education in Morocco or abroad, particularly through the provision of scholarships or infrastructure, organization of cultural and discovery trips, as well as publication and distribution of literature (especially books and magazines of technical, economic and cultural content).
