The association aims to link cross-border commuters (employees who live in Germany and work in Switzerland) as employees and Swiss companies as employers in Switzerland. It represents the interests of its members vis-à-vis the employer and between the employers and their employees, the cross-border commuters. In the event of disputes between employees and employers, the association acts as a mediator. Furthermore, members are to be advised on simple legal matters in an non-binding and free of charge manner. The association can also offer or broker other services that are not explicitly mentioned here but are in line with the association's principles of interest. An extension of the field of activity, for example to French cross-border commuters, is also possible at any time.
