The company's purpose is to acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland, provided they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad, as well as real estate abroad. The company may also participate in, found, acquire and merge with other companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, it may acquire, encumber and sell intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad by resolution of the board of directors. In addition, the company may acquire, manage and sell securities, and take out loans. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies and third parties, including its (direct and indirect) shareholders and their group companies, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not. In doing so, the company may promote the interests of the aforementioned persons.
