Acquisition and management of financial interests in all commercial or financial companies active in the computer sector, particularly those providing the following services: studies, development and marketing of all computer and office products and services (software and hardware), acquisition, registration and sale of all intellectual property rights in the computer and office sectors; creation of subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participation in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of participations in Swiss real estate companies; acquisition, holding and sale of real estate; properties located in Switzerland must be permanent establishments of the company.
