In addition, the company's purpose is the import and export of all types of materials. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
