Gruppo Materiale Difesa e Sicurezza della Svizzera Italiana (GMDSI)

The association aims to create a favorable internal and external environment for Italian-speaking companies operating in the defense and security equipment sector; to strengthen the image of its members in the eyes of authorities and civil or military organizations, private or public, involved in the preparation and decision-making process related to the evaluation and purchase of defense and security equipment; to represent the interests of its members as an intermediary body in their relations with the Confederation, with the bodies responsible for the evaluation and purchase of defense and security equipment, with the political environment and with the press; to carry out or participate in specific activities aimed at promoting the development of the defense and security sector. The association is non-profit, apolitical, non-denominational and has an unlimited duration.
