In general, the company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate, or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
