Promotion and protection of the common ideal, technical and economic interests of its members, in particular vis-à-vis authorities and professional and economic associations; promotion of the reputation and image of the building technology industry in the public; maintenance of the exchange of experience; support and promotion of research and development activities in the industry; efforts to make research and development contributions available; promotion and support of further training and education needs of industry employees, including management, as well as the introduction and enforcement of the concerns of the association's members in associations and institutions.
