A) The company's purpose is to operate - through lawyers registered in the Canton of Ticino, in the cantonal register of lawyers or in the public register of lawyers of the EU or EEA member states - a law firm and to perform any typical services of such a firm. By way of example but not exclusively, the company may provide consulting, assistance and legal representation services, both nationally and internationally, in the following areas: judicial, before all cantonal and federal judicial and administrative authorities, as well as international or foreign authorities; extrajudicial and arbitration, as well as in mediation procedures; corporate, commercial, negotiations, acquisitions, and representation. Legal representation is carried out exclusively through its registered lawyers, in accordance with Articles 4 et seq. of the LLCA, in a cantonal register or roll of lawyers. B) The company may participate in other companies with a similar purpose and carry out any other activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, as well as establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. C) The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with their registered office and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not directed towards third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account, always connected to the achievement of the company's purpose, i.e. the operation of a law firm.
