The company aims to cultivate, produce, process, sell, and trade vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products, as well as all types of food, and to market them, along with the maintenance and self-management of a farm as an agricultural business within the meaning of the Federal Law on Farmers' Land Rights (BGBB). The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or dispose of real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto, all within the framework of agricultural legislation, in particular the Farmers' Land Rights (BGBB) and agricultural tenancy law (LPG).
