The purchase, development, sale, construction, renovation, maintenance, administration and planning of real estate and land, as well as participation in other companies, both Swiss and foreign, which have a similar purpose or carry out activities complementary to the same; all limited to operations not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LAFE). The company may also grant loans and/or direct or indirect financing to third parties, including shareholders of the company or companies in which they participate, and issue guarantees of any kind to its subsidiary companies. The company may carry out autonomously or through third parties any direct, indirect and/or collateral activity deemed useful, preparatory or deriving from the achievement of the company's purpose.
