The company's purpose is to carry out tests, measurements and normative interpretations in the field of geotechnics. In particular, the company's purpose is to carry out identification tests as well as mechanical tests on soils and rocks, to carry out load tests and associated normative interpretation, to conduct studies for soil improvement and material revaluation. It can also monitor vibration and inclination measurements as part of building surveillance, hydrological measurements and excavation/slope stability. The company can also support, advise and manage data related to drilling and testing and measurements carried out in situ in this context (drilling deviation monitoring, pressiometric and dilatometric tests, geophysics, etc.). The company can acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding any activity prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it can participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
