The company's purpose is to carry out road transport and public goods transport, forwarding of goods, rental of transport vehicles, storage for private individuals and third parties, management of goods warehouses, transshipment, packaging and preparation of goods for dispatch and all related services, in particular the preparation of products for marketing. Other activities include driving goods wagons, operating regional collection and distribution platforms and any financial, commercial and industrial goods business. The company may establish branches, acquire or establish similar and/or related companies, acquire and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. In particular, the company may grant direct or indirect loans or other financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and third parties, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, participation in a cash pooling or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether paid or unpaid.
