The purpose includes, in particular, the drafting and execution of authentic acts, the representation and assistance of parties in the context of proceedings before courts and other judicial, administrative and/or arbitral authorities, as well as the provision of legal advice and legal opinions. The company may create subsidiaries or branches. The company may participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose and grant loans and/or guarantees to its partners, as well as stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners, if this is in its interest.
