The foundation aims to promote charitable and public-benefit purposes by supporting current and/or former employees of the founder or companies affiliated with it in Switzerland and abroad, or the extended family circle of these employees, who are in need of assistance due to their physical, mental or spiritual condition and whose neediness is not alleviated by payments or other benefits from social and/or occupational pension schemes; complete purpose description according to the foundation deed.
