To promote and support, independently or in close collaboration with public, religious and/or private entities interested, projects aimed at favouring, supporting and assisting disadvantaged children and young people, mainly in the healthcare sector; to finance research in the healthcare sector connected with the foundation's activities. Within the scope of its activities, the foundation may, in particular, acquire, sell, receive by inheritance or donation, shares, company shares or other movable or immovable assets. The foundation may pursue commercial and non-commercial purposes aimed at pursuing the social purpose and in particular that in the healthcare sector.
