The company may (as secondary purpose) establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies. The company may acquire, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or those that are directly or indirectly related to it.
