It may, as a secondary purpose: participate in all enterprises and carry out all movable, immovable, financial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage titles or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this favors its interests; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
