To acquire free of charge from the Commune des Ponts-de-Martel, in the form of a superficies right, the land forming article 2377 of the Ponts-de-Martel cadastre, in order to build an agricultural hall comprising the necessary facilities for its operation and a refreshment bar. To operate the hall, in particular by making it available to its members or third parties, for events of an agricultural nature, such as the organization of markets and exhibitions of cattle and all animal species, machines, the sale of agricultural products, and the meeting of professional organizations. The hall may also be rented to third parties for public and private events.
