The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management, sale and exchange of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant guarantees, make loans, advances or borrowings to associates or third parties.
