In Switzerland and abroad, the study, development and installation of all equipment for the production of renewable energy, as well as the acquisition of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, excluding participations in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
