Hans und Monika Furer-Brunner Stiftung

The foundation aims to acquire the works of art donated by Hans and Monika Furer-Brunner to the foundation. These works are to be made accessible to the public in the Basel region and northwestern Switzerland, preferably in the Kunstmuseum Basel. If this is not possible, the works can also be temporarily exhibited in other public institutions, preferably in the Basel region and northwestern Switzerland, and not least in the Prieuré de Grandgourt. In addition, the foundation can contribute to publications or research works by artists represented in the foundation's collection or whose theme is related to the foundation's purpose.
