The company's purpose is the development, realization and operation of real estate and construction projects of all kinds, the management, rental and brokerage of real estate, the planning and realization of new constructions and transformations, in particular as a general contractor or total enterprise for the account of third parties, project management, as well as consulting and assistance in matters of development, environment and financing, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, hold, manage, operate and sell land and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad; carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to be of a nature to promote the purpose of the company or are related to it. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for their own commitments as well as for those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders have a direct or indirect participation), issue securities of any kind, including by way of pledges on the company's assets or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets, issue guarantees, provide guarantees or otherwise guarantee or secure the obligations of the company or these other companies, with or without remuneration.
