It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out any commercial and financial activity and make all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to group companies or third parties, as well as provide guarantees or securities of any kind for the direct or indirect benefit of group companies or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
