Supply of services and professional performances, purchase and sale of goods or merchandise for commercial purposes, acquisition and management of corporate participations, purchase and management of real estate. The purchase and sale of listed securities, purely financial and/or speculative transactions in general and all activities requiring a specific license from the Federal or Cantonal Authority are expressly excluded. The company will operate exclusively within its own financial means or with prior financial coverage for each transaction and may only incur financial debt up to the amount of its net assets, understood as capital plus reserves minus liabilities, and no further. Except as provided, the general partner may grant loans to the Company even beyond the limit of the share capital, with the approval of the majority of the shareholders.
