The company's purpose is to carry out, both for its own account and for the account of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, all investment operations and strategic consulting for companies and individuals. Investment operations do not include, in Switzerland, the acquisition of residential real estate or participation in companies whose real purpose is the acquisition of residential real estate. The company may carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, securities or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or which are likely to enable it to achieve it, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may deal with all operations that would be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may grant or request loans from its shareholders or from third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment as well as pledge its assets to guarantee any claim. The company may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, hold and manage financial participations, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, both in Switzerland and abroad.
