The purpose of the company is the development, creation, marketing, licensing, management and operation of hotels, serviced residences and other related properties and businesses in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the provision of services related thereto. The company may acquire, manage, hold and sell participations in other companies, primarily in the areas of real estate, hospitality and tourism. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate, arrange financing on its own account or on behalf of third parties, and provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties. Excluded are transactions that are prohibited or subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
