The association aims to protect and promote the interests of homeowners, landowners and condominium owners, and the residential economy, in particular by: a) providing opinions on existing and new laws, regulations, rules and ordinances affecting real estate; b) combating the growing trend of burdening real estate in an unfair and economically damaging manner; c) submitting requests and proposals to authorities and government agencies; d) organizing and conducting lectures and events; e) publishing its own newspaper; f) collaborating with other similar associations; g) operating an office and other information centers; h) purchasing and participating in real estate.
