The core activity of the Aargau Farmers' Wives Association (ALFV) is the representation of interests and networking of female farmers and women in rural areas of the canton of Aargau. The association offers various services and activities, such as organizing further education courses, lectures, trips and excursions, as well as the preservation of tradition and rural culture. The association serves as an umbrella organization for around 200 local clubs and works closely with other organizations to represent the interests of its members.
