The company's purpose is to provide all services and advice in the field of real estate, management and offering of collective investments of Swiss and foreign capital in real estate, management of real estate portfolios (real estate asset management) and related assets, namely audit, financial analysis and valuation of buildings, real estate portfolios, real estate securities or real estate claims, capital structuring or equity participation, investment strategy advice and implementation, monitoring, administration, financial control, financial reporting as well as advising or participating in any equity participation or financial operations including the purchase, sale, operation and construction of all buildings, it being specified that real estate operations in Switzerland will only concern buildings with commercial use not subject to the LFAIE authorization regime. It can carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, securities or real estate operations in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It can also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
