The company's purpose, in Switzerland or abroad, is to provide consulting and assistance, including operational support, in the following areas: financial management, cash management, structuring and financing of private or professional assets; strategic orientation, financing, divestment, merger or acquisition of companies; provision of services and consulting in management, human resources, IT, management, communication, finance, legal, marketing, procurement, as well as administrative, accounting and commercial matters; support and execution of real estate, legal, commercial or financial operations for the benefit of private or institutional clients.
