The main purposes of the foundation are to address issues related to three fundamental areas that determine the development and well-being of society, particularly for disadvantaged and needy sectors: a) health, b) education, and c) job creation. In addition to its main purposes, the foundation also deals with issues related to: d) nutrition and e) the environment. To achieve these purposes, the foundation will contribute goods, rights, and resources, and will use its means and efforts to develop activities aimed at promoting improvements, renewal, growth, training, research, development, modernization, strengthening, and increased effectiveness and efficiency with regard to the aforementioned institutional objectives, to support, manage, and strengthen them. These activities will be carried out by the foundation either directly or in collaboration with other natural or legal persons, institutions, and/or non-profit associations. If these natural or legal persons, institutions, and/or associations pursue economic goals, all actions carried out by them in connection with the foundation must be non-profit and exclusively serve the public good, whether through financial contributions, provision of goods and/or services. The beneficiaries of the foundation's actions are institutions and/or public or private organizations (such as other foundations and/or NGOs through which aid can be channeled) and/or natural or legal persons who are all non-profit and/or exclusively intended for non-profit purposes, if available. The provision of this aid and/or support is made through financial support, contributions of experts who advise or support in certain situations, provision of services, provision of material resources (infrastructure, materials, equipment, etc.) or similar means. The foundation will primarily pursue its purpose in Argentina and Uruguay in accordance with its purpose, without excluding the possibility of developing the foundation's purposes in other regions in accordance with the decisions of the foundation council.
