All advisory and service activities in the field of finance and corporate strategy, including financial operations, wealth management consulting, compliance control, risk management, financial product structuring, and, more generally, all investment advice and financial solutions, without soliciting the public for deposits, and excluding all activities regulated by the FINMA. It may acquire and manage shareholdings and all investments in any companies or businesses both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of shareholdings in companies whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland. It may also carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
