The provision of advice in the equestrian, economic, financial and administrative fields to qualified investors, as well as any activity related to the purchase and sale of horses; the company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, it being specified that real estate transactions in Switzerland will only concern commercial properties not subject to the authorization regime of the LFAIE, participate in any undertaking, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, acquire, manage and transfer any intellectual property rights.
