The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of direct or indirect participations in all commercial, industrial or real estate companies. And generally, all financial, civil, movable or immovable operations that may be directly or indirectly related to its social purpose or to any similar or related purpose. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties. Actions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded.
