The company aims to provide medical services of all kinds, as well as to carry out all activities in the fields of medical second opinions, therapies, education, research, development, innovation, the conduct and supervision of studies, medical retreats, the brokerage of medical services, and the trade in goods of all kinds, both domestically and abroad. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies, assume representations, and engage in any business activities and conclude contracts of any kind that may promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. It may acquire, hold, encumber, and sell real estate both domestically and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company may consider the interests of its direct and indirect shareholders. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financings to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for a fee.
