The company's purpose is to act as an unlimitedly liable partner of the limited partnership for collective capital investments within the meaning of Articles 98 et seq. of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes of June 23, 2006 (CISA), which operates under the name Healthspan I L-QIF KmGK as a Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF) within the meaning of Articles 118a et seq. of the CISA (the Fund). The company can only act as an unlimitedly liable partner for a single limited partnership for collective capital investments. The company does not provide any services related to the management or direction of the Fund. The company may also conduct research and analysis related to the Fund's investments. In its capacity as an unlimitedly liable partner of the Fund and within the framework of the Fund's investment policy, the company may hold participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, provided that the company may only hold a participation in a real estate company in Switzerland if (i) the shares of the real estate company are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or (ii) the real estate company's purpose is to acquire real estate for exclusively commercial use. It may take any action and carry out any activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
