The foundation aims to provide contributions from the income of the foundation assets and from its foundation assets to research and development of existing and new products and to investments to be made by companies of the Digmesa Group (currently Digmesa AG and Digmesa Polyform AG), to promote the vocational training and further education of the employees of the Digmesa Group, and to cover the costs of education, equipment or support of the descendants of the founder. For this purpose, the foundation can establish subsidiaries and acquire, manage and sell participations of any kind in companies.
