The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, finance and dispose of participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds. The company may conduct all business and take all measures that are suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly, such as acquiring, managing, using, encumbering and disposing of real estate and intellectual property rights, establishing branches and agencies, granting loans, managing capital and providing guarantees in favor of affiliated companies. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, for consideration or free of charge, and provide security of all kinds for the liabilities of such persons or group companies, including guarantees, pledges and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets. In addition, it may engage in or participate in liquidity balancing/net liquidity centralization (cash pooling) with group companies, including periodic balance adjustments (balancing), without consideration, on preferential terms, interest-free, without the intention of generating profits for the company and assuming cluster risks.
